Our Leadership
Drew Van Norman, President
Drew Van Norman was appointed President of Hayward Tyler’s U.S. operations in 2022, which currently includes Hayward Tyler Inc. and Energy Steel.
Drew has over 30 years of experience in the pump industry and joined Hayward Tyler as a Lead Design Engineer in 2016. Since that time, he has held the positions of Engineering Manager and General Manager. Prior to joining Hayward Tyler, he held various engineering positions at SPX Flow, a global manufacturing and industrial equipment supplier for the energy sector, leading the design engineering efforts for pumps and rotating process equipment.
Drew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Engineering from Michigan State University and a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
Outside the office, Drew enjoys skiing, cycling, motorcycling, and traveling to spend time with his family.
Mike Lonsberry, Sales Director
Mike Lonsberry is the Sales Director of Energy Steel. He oversees the sales department, focusing on sales strategy and order intake.
Mike joined Energy Steel in 2015 as the Inside Sales Representative for our Quick Response Team. He has also worked as a Regional Account Manager before assuming the role of Sales Director. Before he joined Energy Steel, he worked as an Inside Sales Representative at a Brass and Copper Mill.
He holds a BA in General Management from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University and an MBA with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from the School of Management at the University of Michigan–Flint.
Outside of Energy Steel, Mike enjoys golfing, watching sports, traveling, and spending time with his family.
Paul Krolicki, Finance Director
Paul Krolicki is the Finance Director of Energy Steel. His responsibilities include cash flow modeling, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and advising the President on various financial and operational issues.
Paul joined Energy Steel in 2023. Prior to that, he held multiple roles in corporate accounting and consulting. Over his 30-year career, he has acquired experience in many industries, including utilities, home construction, point-of-sale and ATM leasing, and automotive manufacturing.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University.
Outside of Energy Steel, Paul enjoys music, home improvement, skiing, and spending time with his wife and two sons.
