At Energy Steel, we put quality first. Our commitment to nuclear includes manufacturing the highest quality products in the industry. That’s why our Quality Assurance Program includes the highest level of ASME certifications available to nuclear suppliers and a dedicated team committed to putting quality first—always.
Our Nuclear Quality Assurance Program
We design and manufacture parts and equipment to the most exacting standards, earning us the reputation as the nuclear industry’s go-to for solving obsolescence. We have earned numerous accreditations and certifications, allowing us broad manufacturing capabilities and an industry-leading Quality Assurance Program.
Our Quality Program conforms to the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section III, Class 1, 2, and 3, within the scope of the N, NPT, NA, NS, and U certificates.
Repair, Replacement, & Supply
We also offer repair and replacement services in accordance with NBIC within the scope of the R and NR Certificate of Authorization. These certifications allow for the design, fabrication, and supply of Safety-Related Non-ASME Section III products and services and the supply of materials in accordance with NQA-1, 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, ANSI N45.2, and 10 CFR Part 21.
