Product Type Details

Fluid Coils

Fluid heat exchangers include standard water coils (W & P Models) for chilled water, hot water, glycol, and special fluid applications. For demanding environments, we offer cleanable coils (J, X & K Models) with brass end caps for interior access, and removable box header coils (Q, Y & R Models) specifically designed for high-sediment applications like river or lake water systems.

Steam Coils

Energy Steel manufactures the complete line of Marlo steam coils, including distributing steam coils (D & H Models) with same-end supply and condensate connections, standard steam coils (S & V Models) with straight-through steam paths, and M Coils featuring inner steam tubes supplied from both ends with a single condensate header. Our steam solutions are ideal for low or high-pressure applications in various commercial and industrial settings.

Refrigerant Coils

Refrigeration solutions include direct expansion evaporator coils (E Models) and condenser coils (C Models) compatible with most refrigerants. Each coil undergoes rigorous quality control to ensure contaminant-free interior surfaces.

Specialty Products

Energy Steel manufactures Marlo’s innovative specialty products, including split core coils for limited-space installations, removable coil modules (RCM) for easy replacement in existing systems, air-tight housing coils for environmental containment, and the patented Stratomizer® dampered face and bypass coil system for reliable preheating and tempering of fresh outside air.

Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers

Shell and tube heat exchangers feature round housings designed for applications requiring higher pressures and optimized tube bundles for efficient heat transfer. These units are particularly well-suited for industrial processes and facilities with access to steam, such as power plants, hospitals, universities, and manufacturing facilities.
